1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the GlobalFits website, browsing products or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from the website.

If you do not agree, do not place an order or use website features that require you to submit information.

2. Eligibility & Customer Information

You must be legally capable of entering into the purchase transaction or use the website under the supervision or authority of a person who is legally capable of doing so.

You agree to provide accurate and complete delivery and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your name, mobile number, address, pincode, products, sizes and quantities before placing an order.

3. Products, Sizing & Product Images

We aim to describe products, colours, fabrics, sizes and other characteristics accurately. However, screen settings, lighting, photography and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor colour, texture or measurement differences.

Size information is intended as a guide. Customers should review the product page and size guide before ordering. If an item is eligible for return or exchange, the applicable policy will govern the available remedy.

4. Prices, Taxes & Charges

Unless stated otherwise, website prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). The price shown for a product at the time an order is placed is the product price used for that order, subject to any valid coupon or promotion applied at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges, discounts and the final order total are displayed before order placement. Product prices, promotions and future shipping charges may change from time to time without affecting a completed order except where an obvious technical or pricing error requires correction as described below.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting checkout information is a request to purchase the selected products. An order is subject to stock availability, validation of the order information, fraud/security checks, payment requirements and our ability to deliver to the address.

We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including for unavailable stock, duplicate or suspicious orders, incorrect pricing, technical errors, payment failure, invalid delivery information or suspected fraud or abuse.

Where we cancel an order for which prepaid funds have been successfully collected, the applicable refund will be processed under our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

6. Payment

Payment methods available to you are those displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders. Online payment methods will be offered only when an authorised payment provider is enabled on the website.

Online payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment gateway or financial institution. Their separate terms may apply to their payment service.

7. Coupons, Discounts & Promotional Offers

Promotions may have eligibility conditions such as minimum or maximum cart value, selected products, first-order status, validity dates or other restrictions shown with the offer.

Promotions cannot be combined unless the website expressly allows them to be combined. A coupon may be rejected or removed where the eligibility conditions are not met.

The FIRST998 offer, when active, applies only to eligible products and the cart-value/first-order conditions configured and displayed by GlobalFits.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is subject to pincode serviceability and courier coverage. Processing times, estimated delivery periods, shipping fees, failed delivery and Return-to-Origin treatment are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery appointments unless we expressly state otherwise.

9. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility, return windows, garment-condition requirements, damaged/wrong-item claims, reverse pickup, quality checks, refund timelines and promotional refund calculations are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit a remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

10. Website Errors, Stock & Availability

We try to keep product, stock, price and website information accurate, but occasional technical, typographical or inventory errors can occur. We may correct an obvious error and may contact the customer where an affected order needs clarification or cancellation.

Placing a product in a cart does not reserve stock. Stock is subject to availability when the order is finally placed and processed.

11. Acceptable Use of the Website

You must not use the website to:

• commit fraud or impersonate another person;
• submit false delivery, payment or refund information;
• attempt unauthorised access to administrative, server or customer data;
• introduce malware or deliberately interfere with website operation;
• automate abusive purchasing, scraping or attacks that materially disrupt the service; or
• use the website in violation of applicable law.

We may restrict access, cancel suspicious orders or take other reasonable protective steps where necessary to protect customers, our systems or the business.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the GlobalFits name, website design, original photographs, graphics, text and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Global Solution and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit or falsely claim ownership of protected website content without permission or another lawful basis.

13. Liability & Consumer Protections

We are responsible for performing our obligations subject to these Terms and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as major courier disruption, network outages, natural disasters or unlawful acts of third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or customer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

14. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms and purchases made through the website are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent forum or court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Before starting formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact GlobalFits so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our website, products, payment methods, policies or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with its “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise; the commercial terms of an already accepted order are not changed merely because we later update this page.
